We visited Deco Floor's store mid November having been to Tapi Carpets the previous weekend. The level of customer service is far superior to what we received at the national chain and we felt well looked after by Bako and Monique. Don't be fooled - it might be a small shop compared to "retail warehouse" but Deco has a very wide range of flooring, carpets, vinyl, amtico, etc and they were able to match the carpet we had seen in Tapi very well, and even offered us better quality products for a fraction of Tapi's prices.. We received advice on different materials based on how well it looked and felt on the day, but also how it was retains its structure over time and how easy it is to clean. You won't be pushed towards the most expensive product - in fact, Monique actively suggested a carpet that cost less than a more expensive one we were considering because she felt it better suited our needs. The carpet was fitted 2.5 weeks later and the installation service was quick and friendly. cannot fault Deco Floors and we will be working with them again, when we start decorating elsewhere in the house.
