This company is a joke. I paid £16k for a basic bathroom
They said 2 weeks. They took 6 MONTHS!
Showerhead was broken. They took wrong measurements for mirror but forced it in anyway + took apart door fronts, drilling holes everywhere, dented walls/roof, ruined mirror/tile trim. Sink enamel missing in bits.
2nd mirror fell off wall in 3 hrs! It’s approx 180 x 125 cm so that was very dangerous. it broke of course.
Their painter left a jagged line where wall meets roof. He used MY BATH TOWEL! to wipe his brush covering it in paint
electrician unplugged freezer & spoiled the food. Luckily I saw before floor flooded+destroyed. He installed wrong razor outlet
1st joiner used kettle etc without asking, walked into my bedroom, didn’t knock/wait for answer. Plumber yelled at me when I told them about freezer. They made me cry 3 times in 2 days
Had to always chase Denmore office for updates over the 6 months + physically had to attend showroom to get response
