Excellent customer service!

After a 5 minute discussion explaining what our requirements were the Data load Logger Equipment was set up with our client requirements and delivered to our offices the following day fully programmed and set up.

The installation of the load logger equipment onto the tails from the electric meter was extremely easy process with no powering down required. Once the CT leads have been clipped around the tails you plug the load logger into a 13 Amp Socket and turn the machine on and monitoring commenced.

Once the duration of the monitoring is finished it is the reverse process to remove the load logger and return back to Di-Log who downloaded all the information logged and emailed the results over to me the following day.

The cost hire of the equipment is extermely competitive to other market providers.

We managed to obtain the main objective for our client so all in all 5* service!

Recently purchased a FLIR C5 thermal imaging camera from Di-Log Energy. Unit came quickly and communication from the company during and after the process was very polite and efficient. Would have no issues recommending to others based on my experience.

Really helpful customer service team. I was after some shroud tips for some Di-Log voltage indicators to replace those lost during works by my engineers. I talked to a chap called Harrison on the phone and was genuinely impressed with how he went out of his way to help me. Really helpful member of their team

I''m in the process of choosing my first MFT and had some questions. Dave at Di-Log answered them all and more on the online chat with sufficient detail to satisfy without baffling. Also gave me some local supplier hints that could come in really useful. If this is the standard of customer service received before even being a customer then I have high hopes for their products and any ongoing service requirements.

I needed a new clamp meter and a Di-Log product was recommended to me by a friend for both quality and after sales. I’ve been impressed with the product performance and quality but I lost the thermocouple probe and needed to contact Di-Log customer service by email. I requested a part no. and cost but instead of this I had a return email from Kerry who offered me a replacement free of charge. The probe arrived a couple of days later...outstanding service. I am very impressed with this level of service from Di-Log and I will without hesitation recommend Di-Log products to others.

Used this service twice now and both times the customer service team have been great at answering my questions. On a previous chat I had talks with one of the engineers so that's useful to know that the people you are talking with know their onions! Good service.

I spoke to Harrison at Di-log on a Monday morning to ask for some replacement GS38 rubber shrouds for my combi test leads. Harrison was able to send me a new pair of shrouds FOC, which I received by the Friday that same week. Excellent customer service!
