Dowling Blunt

Very disappointed by their services. We had a project for a medical facility with great business plan and investors lined up as well. Just before we started the project, we thought to hire Dowling Blunt to make an M&E Feasibility Report for us for the location where the project would have taken place. This was a big mistake from us. They made a report according to which some ridiculous amount of extra investment would be needed just to prepare the location from M&E point of view. Seeing this report, our investors decided to run away from the project. We could not accept this report, so we requested a second opinion from another M&E consultant. According to this new report, the costs would have been only a third of what Dowling Blunt suggested. This was matching our initial business plan, however, the investors already have lost their interest and we had to close down the whole project. When we raised this issue with the director from Dowling Blunt, he was not impressed by the impact what their report had to our project and he only claimed that they did their job.
Unfortunately this is a business which does not care if their customer is happy or not with their services as long as they are paid for their job.
