Outstanding Service from EPS – Highly Recommended!

After being let down and overcharged by another track & trace company, I was left feeling frustrated and out of pocket. I had a couple of leaks in my mains water pipe, and despite paying an extortionate amount, the issue wasn’t properly resolved. The original company then quoted me an outrageous price to replace the entire pipe — something I just couldn’t justify.

That’s when I found EPS.

Darren from EPS visited my home to assess the situation and, while he had a bit of a laugh (not in a mean way!), it was clear he was genuinely shocked at what I’d been charged and quoted. He assured me they’d fit me in as soon as possible — and true to their word, they did just that.

Jon and his apprentice (apologies, I forgot the young lad’s name) came out and completed the job within hours. They were efficient, professional, and left barely any mess — even tidying up some of the work left behind by the previous company. You honestly wouldn’t know such a major repair had just taken place.

I can’t thank EPS enough for their honesty, professionalism, and fantastic service. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

I am normally quite skeptical about 5 star reviews, but after my experience with Darren & John I would give this marvellous company 10/10 if I could. It has taken me over 6 weeks going through my useless insurance company’s Home emergency team, the water board as well as a quite a few charlatans posing as plumbers who ripped me off every which way. I didn’t think EPS would come all the way down from Northampton to London as quite a few other companies similar to them had declined to assist, so I didn’t approach them earlier. On their initial visit where they put my mind completely at ease about the process , they confirmed that they could only return 2 weeks after to replace my lead pipe. When I mentioned that I had had no water in my home for 6 weeks, they immediately came into the house to assess the situation. They then proceeded to completely blow my mind with their kindness. They fixed the leaking lead pipe FREE of charge as a temporary measure until they returned to complete the job.( A previous plumber had charged me £250 to do a botched job) To say that I was overwhelmed by their generosity , after the 6 weeks without water, is an understatement. These two young men, Darren and John have restored my faith in humanity. They worked extremely hard for 11 hours without any fuss or bother, lots of laughter and cups of coffee. I only wish they undertook other plumbing work as I would not hesitate to use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough !
