The Cassette System is our most popular system, and offers the greatest benefits to both practitioners and customers.

Within each sterile blister pack is one pair of ear piercing studs and clasps. The studs and clasps are already loaded into the plastic cassette, which can immediately be positioned onto the piercing instrument. Once the safety release pip is broken the instrument is offered to the ear lobe, where the practitioner can align the stud with the ear lobe. Once fired, the empty cassette plastic can be removed from the instrument and discarded as normal waste.
