F13 Security Ltd have been outstanding from start to finish in updating and maintaining our building cameras at Axis Communications UK Ltd. From the initial survey through to handover, the team were professional, well-organised and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to understand how we use the site, worked around our office hours with minimal disruption, and communicated clearly at every stage so we always knew what was happening and why.
A special mention to Jason and Sam, who were exemplary throughout the project. They were punctual, tidy, and highly knowledgeable, with great attention to detail. The quality of their installation work is excellent – neat cabling, properly labelled, and fully documented. They also went the extra mile in fine-tuning camera positions and settings so we get the best possible coverage, and they were happy to walk our team through the changes and answer technical questions.
Since the upgrade, the system has been running smoothly and any follow-up queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the service delivered and are happy to recommend F13 Security Ltd – and Jason and Sam in particular – at any time.
