We ordered chairs and stools with Furniture Fusion for our restaurant project and the customer service was fantastic. The design process was very smooth, I received fabric samples for every colour I picked, samples for the different wood stains and Simi helped me change my quotation a million times until I finally decided. After I placed my order, they were always updating me with times and dates for my delivery. Then the delivery was very organised, and Paul installed all my items very quick! I couldn't recommend their company more!

We have used Furniture Fusion for a number of projects over the last 2 years and everything they have delivered has been perfect. Customer service is brilliant, everyone I have spoken to at FF has been very knowledgeable, honest and efficient from conception to delivery. What an amazing experience working with Furniture Fusion. From the beginning Simi was so helpful. We placed a relatively small order, compared to some of the big jobs that they must get but at no point did we feel this. The attention to detail, the assistance and the patience (when things got changed a few times) was brilliant. The outstanding service carried on with Karolina, with the Accounts Team and then on to the Delivery Team. Everyone was super professional and helpful.
