Do not use this company unless you want to wait well over a month to receive your goods.
Deal with an absolute zero customer service
Spend much time and money argueing on the phone with people who do not know how to solve your issue, or has any authority to help.
Neither will they pass you through to someone who can, rather , they will stick rigidly to the script that there is noone for you to talk to. They will offer to have someone call you back, but don''t kid yourself, they wont call.
And when you have finally given up, dont expect to get refund without a collosal battle.
But if you fancy going through all that, give them a try.
