Just about everything from communication to directing me to the correct equipment for my needs and even the delivery was prompt.

They provided an LPG Generator. It’s definitely the way forward! It had to be imported but arrived reasonably quick. Customer service great when arranging delivery. They arranged delivery to suit me . Green Gear generator came recommended by NCASS as a generator ideal for small mobile catering business. Yet to fire it up but it looks great! It is a heavy piece of kit but has handles and wheels for easy movement. Purchased a 7kw model and price was competitive.

The company supplied a portable inverter generator. I was able to order the item I wanted, with a very reasonable (1 week) lead time, which compared favourably to the 2 MONTHS quoted on other sites for this item. Excellent availability, and helpful response to my telephone query - thank you.

Amazing product, really helpful service!

I do at least one trade show a month and my stand relies on having access to power (lighting and point of sale) which isn''t always provided by the venue. After talking to Kim at Generator Pro, I decided to go for the SKA500 battery pack and I must say it was such a good buy. I have been using it for over 6 months now and love the convenience of it, it provides ample power for my stall, charges up over night ready for the next day and obviously (being a battery and not a generator), it makes almost no noise. A few of my friends have bought them off the back of seeing how easy and convenient it is to use. Thank you Kim for your help!
