Sold me stolen MacBook Pro. Laptop arrived dead and no working charger. Took them over 10 days to send a working one. Mac arrived already set up with a password and someone else Apple ID logged in. I sent photo and explained situation to them. They said they will contact the person logged in and ask them to remove it. Green it did not get back to me and when I asked for an update they said it can’t be done remotely. Clearly these people don’t know much about IT. I gave them time to try and sort it out only for them to not attempt to sort it out and was kicking the issue into the long grass for such a simple mistake on their behalf. Once I passed the 30 days after purchased they refused the return and rejected the requested within 1 minute. Very sneaky company and Obviously they sold me a stolen laptop.
