From start to finish the service has been great. I received the quote fast and authorized the work to start a few days later. The guys completing the work were fantastic. They arrived on time and there communication was great. They went above and beyond removing additional insulation in the loft that I was unaware of. Once completed, on inspection the property was in an immaculate clean condition, everything had been removed and wiped down. I am extremely happy with the work.

Not only was Jim & his guys very helpful in all the removal process of a 80 year old wood metal and asbestos garage that was falling down, but they extremely responsive in communication and turned up on time & completed the work as stated. They were also very kind to my 87 years old uncle too. The two other guys that did most of the work were great workers and cleaned up after themselves and were all extremely respectful to us and my uncle. Highly recommend this company above others.

First class service !!! The gents have just demolished our garage which was full of asbestos and very overgrown with ivy. It was completed super fast and kept us in the loop of each step. Friendly, polite and even took items away for us in the skip (as they fit) instead of us taking to the tip! Amazing service and amazing talent! Thank you again and highly recommend!!!

We had Grosvenor do both a survey on a house we recently bought and removal of an asbestos-containing garage ceiling. Jim, who runs the company, was really good to deal with by email and over the phone and explained everything clearly. They arranged to do the removal work on a Saturday, which was great, and Dale, who did the work, was similarly really good to work with. Would recommend.
