We recently used Hardwick Sherwood Ltd to carry out PAT testing at both of our nursing homes in Portishead and Burnham-on-Sea, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.
Dan was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly patient, friendly and professional throughout, even when some of our more curious residents decided to follow him around to see what he was doing! He took it all in his stride, engaging with them in such a lovely manner while still getting on with his work.
The whole process was well organised, efficient and completed to a very high standard. It's reassuring to find a contractor who understands the importance of working sensitively in a care environment.
We've now added Hardwick Sherwood Ltd to our list of approved contractors for both homes and will certainly be using them again for future testing.
Would highly recommend them, especially to other care and nursing home providers!
