Used Heritage Heating and Cooling to install an oil powered heating to a warehouse building. Every interaction from the first phone call was excellent. They know their stuff, they clearly work closely with the manufacturer of the equipment. They were very very clear with me on what i needed to do in advance to prepare the site. they turned up on time, did the perfect job and left on time. The engineers were excellent. Two months later I needed significant changes to the installation (all related to me), they quoted, they turned up, they did another perfect job.

The weather has now turned cold and we're actually using the heater every day. Their predictions on how long it would take to heat the building etc are remarkably spot on. The heat is well distributed and even.

All in all, I haven't a bad word to say.
