I had a fantastic experience with this company - I rang them on a Wednesday and they fitted a rental stairlift within two days. This meant that my Mum could come home from hospital after surgery and have access to her bedroom and bathroom. Without Higher Elevation's genuinely caring and incredibly efficient response she would have taken weeks to regain her dignity and independence. Bethany in the sales department was so friendly and helpful, likewise the guys that came out to assess Mum's stairs and install the stairlift. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
