I'm very satisfied with the service offered by Joe at ICU Security Systems this year when our old alarm panel was failing and needed to be replaced.

Joe listened carefully to our requirements for configuration of the system (including some desired changes) and gave a reasonable quote for the work.

The reinstallation work was carried out by ICU (Joe and Bradley) within a couple of hours on the agreed date. Joe showed deep knowledge of the system and, when we encountered a couple of snags with the upgraded panel, he immediately got in touch with the technical experts at the manufacturer to resolve them to our compete satisfaction.

Joe returned a few weeks later to make a few tweaks to the settings that we requested after using the new system for a while. It's all been running smoothly since then -- fingers crossed!

Then he showed up early with his co-worker, Bradley and completed both CCTV and Alarm systems in a day. A week later he came back to test and ensure that every thing is running smoothly without extra charges.
