Iain and the team are everything you could hope for with a trusted builder. While doing our dormer extension, they were respectful, communicative and helped guide us through the process. We have two small children, and dogs, which they took into consideration throughout the process. The quality of their work was outstanding and we could not be happier with the end result! I wouldn't use anyone else for any work in our house.

Iain and Josh were assigned the task of ripping up flooring, fitting new flooring throughout downstairs, new skirtings, painting and basically giving everything a facelift after a 2 leaks at the private rental property. They were nothing short of efficient, courteous (I was still working from home throughout) they did an incredible job, had complete clear communication about what each day entailed. They were exceptionally tidy throughout - making living alongside the chaos completely no issue. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for the professional and personable approach they applied to completing this job. The end result is fantastic.

I recently had ID Refurbs visit my home to wallpaper a feature wall in my living room. And the end result is amazing. I am extremely pleased with the service that i received and with out a doubt would highly recommend them.

I can''t fault the boys who came to install my new bathroom suite, they were professional and courteous always willing to go that extra mile to get the job done. We had a quick deadline and they definitely surpassed expectations with outstanding results. I now have a fully functional bathroom with running hot water, they even managed to fit in a separate shower cubicle in such a small space! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a team of skilled tradesmen.
