Kavia Moulded Products was founded in 1979 and is located near Todmorden in West Yorkshire. The core service is plastic injection moulding using 7 machines with clamp forces ranging from 35-200T. Kavia offers a complete service of plastic component design using 3D CAD design, UK toolmaking and additional added value services such as pad printing, ultrasonics and sub-assembly. The Kavia management and product teams has a great deal of experience dealing with inventors, product designers and professional buyers. If you have existing tools in production we specialise in tool transfer projects offering new customers cost savings. Kavia Moulded Products also has a range of its own injection moulded products for Rail and Tram: ferrules, bushes, top hats and EVA Pads. We are Link-Up Rail approved supplier. We also have a new range of rowing and sculling products: the 2K bow ball and the BLMB Kit - a bracket for mounting lights onto boats.
