Kings Chandeliers do not give good customer service once a sale has been made. My husband is refurbishing a vintage chandelier for me and I bought cable and fittings for 2 of the arms. Despite reassurance Kings Chandeliers are completely uninterested in helping to get the right fitting and refuse to accept returns so I can buy the correct fittings. Avoid if you need or want good customer support.
