I had reason to attend this store last week. I had been looking for a particular kind of screw, a grub !! Having been to various outlets, but to no avail, this company was suggested to me. Imagine my surprise when the member of staff ( Charlie ), answered in the affirmative. Sadly, what they had in stock, was not of the correct length. I was resigned to not being successful in my quest. Imagine my surprise when Charlie suggested I call back the following day. He would bring me some from his own collection at home !!! This is what I call excellent service. Way beyond the normal call of duty. Thank you Charlie.
