About us
Leach & Clegg was established in 1945, a family-owned business through three generations of expertise & production. Messrs Walter Leach and Arthur Clegg worked as joiners for a local firm, James Fielden joiners. In 1946 they decided to purchase the business. Taking premises at Meadowhead Sawmills in Milnrow. They became partners in the business that offered services to joinery and undertaking, occupying their first premises for 40 years. In 1987 the business moved a short distance to where it is today and has thrived ever since.
