Lyne Aspect

Lyne Aspect is a sole-practitioner architecture studio based in the Scottish Borders. I design bespoke new homes, extensions and sensitive renovations and conversions, shaped by a collaborative, site-specific approach. My work focuses on natural light, orientation, framing views and creating well-proportioned spaces with robust, buildable details. I can guide a project from early feasibility and planning strategy through design development, building warrant and construction-stage support, with clear communication throughout. While I work mainly across the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh, I also take on projects further afield—such as Perthshire and Aberdeenshire—when the site and brief are the right fit.
