The Richmond library concept consists of base libraries with a range of expansion modules, including a 5U Capacity Modules (CM) to add up to 64 cartridges, a 5U Performance Module (PM) adding both cartridges and tape drives, also an Additional Slot Module (ASM) which enables tape drives to be substituted for extra storage slots.
