About us
Why trust WAM with your assets? Because...
- It promotes your business efficiency. Use it to show shareholders, investors, board members, trustees and inspection bodies such as OFSTED or QUEST how efficient your maintenance is, and how you maximise the value of your assets.
- It was created and has since been developed by operations and asset experts. Halo Leisure, a flagship social enterprise and key player in the leisure industry and a market leader amongst Leisure and Sports Trusts, have been using it in their own centres in Herefordshire, Shropshire and South Wales for the past ten years.
- It’s been taken up by hundreds of other organisations across the UK. WAM has inventoried millions of pounds worth of assets for teams managing leisure centres, swimming pools, lecture theatres and classrooms across the UK, many of them choosing this system to replace paper based procedures or more expensive asset management systems because of its speed, simplicity and value for money.
- It’s flexible. There’s no minimum contract term.
- It’s affordable. WAM’s not charged per user but is accessible for all staff on site for a one-off set up cost per organisation inclusive of training and helpline support. The monthly license is comparable with an average monthly gym membership.
- It relevant to your needs and comprehensive in its cover. WAM provides you with tools for monitoring your Asset Inventory, Defect Reporting and Improvement Requests and your (PPM) Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling. There are no costly additional “Bolt-Ons” and, again, you can have as many users as you like at no extra cost.
- It works for your staff, even if they don’t usually use computers. They simply access prioritised work schedules and then hit a button, type in update (be it ‘checks made’, ‘fault reported’, ‘part ordered’, ‘work completed’...), hit a button and the system updates. Supervisors can see at a glance what is happening including the progress of repairs, depreciation values of their assets, contractor servicing and the planned preventative maintenance tasks being carried out.
- It works to your brief and to meet your organisation’s needs. For example it can be programmed to incorporate checks and maintenance required once an hour, once a day, once a week, or once a year. You simply write the brief and once it’s on the system you can allocate jobs to anyone on the rota. If you have multiple sites it streamlines worksheets, updating them with maintenance required as staff move around.
- It’s constantly updated. New features this year include: * The ability to attach photos and any file types to asset items, faults, PPM tasks and logs plus a power storage solution for the larger files. * Ability to record the amount of time spent on defects and work. *Email notifications for pending planned maintenance tasks and commitments plus automatic email communications associated with work request s and defects. *Additional components to help prioritise repairs. *Technical logs to store recordings of data associated with facilities.
- We’ll give you a free demonstration if you’re still not convinced. Just contact us via www.maxyourassets.com and get in touch.
