Michael Pooler Associates is a multi-disciplined consulting civil and structural engineering business founded in 1972. Based in Rossendale and Preston, our main areas of operation are across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire and North Wales, although we are able to operate anywhere in the country. Historically we have also worked with clients in Scotland, Wales and the south of England.
