Hi, we had an issue with our waste disposal unit (the motor had gone). I rang Millers UK on the advice of the manufacturer and I found that they couldn't be helpful enough. In fact fortunately they had an engineer who was available and was able to come out that very morning. He was really helpful and replaced the motor in half an hour. I thought we'd be waiting for a couple of weeks.
