Recently ordered a mirror for the en- suite the whole process was extremely easy .I did it over the phone the lady I spoke to was polite and helpful,the mirror arrived quickly and was easy to fix to the wall with the adhesive supplied .Overall we were impressed and pleased with our purchase 😃

Service was good and the mirror arrived well packaged in about 5 days. I had paid extra for 48 hour delivery but the lady that I spoke to was very understanding and the £15 extra that I paid was refunded. Despite this hitch I would use mirrorworld again.

I am absolutely delighted with my new wavy mirror. Delivery was prompt and the product was as described. Sadly, the first mirror delivered was cracked. I was a little concerned when I could only register my complaint by email but needn''t have worried as I quickly received a response and a replacement was despatched immediately. This arrived in perfect condition.

Good service a little bit slow when delivering the mirror but i understand that it was a large mirror and they delivered with there own transport other than that great to deal will and the sec on two way mirror i bought from them is so stylish with the tv behind it.
