Craig came down to Hen Cloud House to provide fire marshal safety training. It was very thorough and simple to follow, Craig was able to make the course very engaging and interesting with strong enthusiasm followed by a a practical where we were able to put out fires in the afternoon, getting used to the extinguishers that we have facilitated in our building. I feel I was able to learn a lot and feel confident in managing a fire situation if I were to ever be in one. Highly recommend North West Fire Training Ltd.

I recently attended a fire safety training session led by Steve, and I couldn't be more impressed. What I expected to be a basic, box-ticking exercise turned out to be an incredibly informative and engaging experience. Steve's presentation was dynamic and full of real-life stories that really brought the topic to life.
What truly stood out was Steve’s ability to connect with the audience and turn a serious subject into something truly impactful. I walked in with minimal expectations and walked out genuinely excited about my role as a Fire Marshal.

I attended this course and found it very informative and useful. The course wasn’t too long and delivered all the key information in manageable time frame which also included a practical session. I think any businesses would benefit having there fire Marshall’s/wardens take part in the course even if it’s a refresher or to build on existing knowledge. This has given me a greater understanding and also the added confidence if ever called upon in real scenario. I would recommend all organizations to look into sending designated people from their workforce onto the course.

This morning we had fire marshal training with Craig and found it very interesting and informative. We actually have never set off an extinguisher before and it is so imperative to get a feel for how it works. I feel more confident now should an emergency occur.

This training really made me think it was more fun than the usual mandatory training.
Its the second time I've done it and it was great to see the training had been updated and there were new things to learn.
I enjoyed having a go with the different extinguishers. This has given me more confidence to use one if I have to.

I recently attended the fire warden training, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. Big shout out to Steve W, he was knowledgeable and engaging, making the complex information easy and interesting to understand. Fire marshall training last night at Hatfield Woodhouse Village Hall.
You know the "drill" . You have several groups using the hall, you know it should and has to be done . You do your best to round up the necessary people all the time remembering the dry dull as ditch water fire training you did at work. FORGET THAT!.
Steve is a brilliant communicator. The attendees were captivated , not a moments inattention from anyone I could see. It was a brilliantly paced presentation which covered everything the users of the hall needed to know in a witty , informative and common sense way.
No one who attended last night went away without the awareness that this was not a tick the box exercise rather really really important and that they had a vital role to play.
All in all beyond 5 stars.

Great Fire Marshal training session from Steve last night, he presents it really well, and you learn a lot. He explains all the technical stuff clearly, and how to react to a fire or potential fire, but also does this with a common sense approach and a bit of humour. Very insightful when talking about why people act the way they do. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely have him back in the future. You get to have a go with an extinguisher as well, if you want to!

We recently booked NWFT to train our team on general fire awareness and fire extinguisher training at our site in Blackburn. The training sessions were very well put together and great value for money. All trainers are former firefighters and they mix fire safety, theory and video case studies with their own real life experiences. All delegates had the opportunity to extinguish a real fire on the practical demonstration. Well done to Steve and the team. Welcome on board as our new fire training partner!

Fantastic training session for Beech Hall School, really informative and valuable. I really like the fact it covers fire safety in the home too, as this is a great opportunity to educate staff about their own homes. Steve was hilarious and a hard act to follow in the afternoon INSET session! Many thanks and we look forward to hearing more about the new Marshall Eye App 🙂
