I ordered 200 boxes (50 of each colour) for £160. When they arrived, one of the product designs had the wrong font, which was a major issue — especially for a new business like mine.

Instead of taking accountability, I was met with a string of excuses. First, I was told both “Naomi Torres” and “Ron” had family emergencies, which was apparently why there were delays in fixing the issue. I was incredibly upset and initially didn’t want to continue working with them. Ron later offered me a £50 refund, which I accepted (even though I would’ve been well within my rights to request a full one due to their consistent mistakes and poor communication).

They promised to send replacement boxes and the refund, and I agreed — albeit hesitantly — because I wanted to believe they'd make things right. What followed was two months of delay, excuses, and stress. They even sent the replacement boxes to the wrong address, and I had to arrange re-delivery myself.

They kept promising the refund “by the end of the day,” only to change their story later, saying I would only get the refund after I received the new boxes (this was never mentioned before). And once I finally got the boxes, they blocked me on every platform and are now saying I’m no longer entitled to the refund because they “fulfilled the order.”

For a first-time business owner, this experience caused serious anxiety and frustration. They dragged this out for months, wasted my time, and clearly never intended to issue the promised refund.

There are plenty of other packaging suppliers out there who are professional, responsive, and honest. Don’t make the same mistake I did — avoid this company completely.
