Touch Screen

Touch screen glass is offered in low iron, diffused and anti-reflective glass to reduce shadow and glare. These materials can also be used with a printed option.

Example:

ATM machines, parking meter, retail, other touch screen applications

Lighting Glass

Toughened glass available in various materials (low iron, diffused, etc).

Example:

Commercial lighting: railway, street lighting, health sector, airports, retail, etc

Anti-Reflective Coated Diffused Glass

Instrument panels in various thicknesses from 2-6mm with anti-glare or anti-reflection coating, used where reflection needs to be omitted.

Example:

Long Narrow Strip Glass

We’ve recently invested in machinery to enable the production of long narrow thin pieces of glass. We also have added to our processing range the facilities to print the following sizes. Max. length 1550mm min. width 35mm.

These products are predominantly used in exterior lighting, recessed in-ground walk-over lighting or to illuminate commercial buildings

Rebated Glass

We offer the facilities to rebate circular, rectangular or shaped glass from thickness ranging 4mm to 19mm.

Example:

These are commonly used in CCTV for hazardous areas, for petrochemical and defence sectors where high security demands explosion proof cameras.

Waterjet Glass

We have the facilities to waterjet complex shapes in a variety of thickness.

Example:

Used when unusual or bespoke glass products are required.

Drilled Glass

We have the capability to drill fixing holes into toughened glass of various diameters.

Example:

Commercial and retails shelving and signs, laboratory and incubator doors.

Polished Edge Glass

We have machinery to supply straight line ultra-high polished edges along with various CNC machines to offer polished shaped work. We offer polished radius or dubbed corners to eliminate any sharpness.

Example:

These products are generally used as display glass in hotels and retail as well as for furniture components.

UV Bonded Glass

Using ultra-violet light, we can bond pieces of glass together to form a strong, solid product.

Example:

Used in specialist areas such as security, defence and marine.

Screen Printed Glass

We can print any colour (RAL, Pantone) ceramic ink onto the glass prior to toughening. Once the paint fuses to the face of the glass in the toughening process the paint will never come off, bleach or fade, thus this is an extremely robust and durable product that can be used in extremist of temperatures or weather.

Example:

Kitchen appliances, laboratory products and signage.

Sandblasted Glass

We carry a range of 3mm, 4mm, 6mm pre-etched glass in stock as well as having the facility to sandblast other products if required by our sandblasting machine.

Example:

Used in areas of privacy or in lighting products to reduce the glare of the light.

Bevelled / Component Glass

We have the capability to offer this particular edge finish on glasses as small as 10mm diameter. The thickness ranges from 2mm to 25mm. All of which can be produced to extremely tight tolerances up to +0.1mm / -0.1mm.

Example:

Sight and viewing glasses where high pressure is applied, as well as underwater cameras and diving equipment.

Dirt Resistant Coated Glass

We have the facilities to offer any of our products with a dirt resistant polymer coating to reduce the build-up of dirt from the elements. This treatment is often used on products that are difficult to get to or not accessible for cleaning and maintaining.

Example:

Camera windows, CCTV and display panels in safety sector and hazardous areas such as oil rigs.

Display Boards

We offer a comprehensive range of clear toughened glass as well as printed glass for display boards.

Example:

Railway and transportation boards, customer information boards along with solar panels.
