Our experience with this lift company for our property was stressful from start to finish. The sales representative made numerous mistakes in the drawings during the early stages of the project, which created confusion and delays. In addition, the office staff were often rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve these issues.

When the lift finally arrived on site, it had been built incorrectly using an outdated drawing, even though the design had been revised very early in the process. The updated drawings had been sent, confirmed, and formally signed off by our project manager, yet these changes were clearly not followed.

Unfortunately, both the operations and sales teams were unhelpful when the issue was raised and were often argumentative rather than focused on resolving the problem.

Overall, the level of service we received was extremely disappointing. For a company that promotes itself as a premier lift provider, the standard of service was very poor. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

We didn’t think it would be possible to fulfill our design brief given the space restrictions on such a complex site. I am glad to say that Premier helped us achieve our vision by providing a solution tailored specifically to our needs, the lift is an asset to the building both in functionality and overall aesthetics

The lift is an asset to the restaurant providing total access for all of our visitors. The aesthetics of the lift fits well into our scheme with a clean and modern look

The challenges on this project were two fold, access was extremely difficult due to its central location within a live occupied development and the fact one of the lifts was fitted within a Grade 2 Listed Building. However through the open proactive approach of a very experienced site team from Premier Platform Lifts along with a very organized and methodical approach to the works they successfully completed the project on time within budget
