About us
Prime ICT was established in 2023 with the goal of providing a customer-centric IT support service to businesses in the UK who were frustrated with their previous providers after being passed from one company or department to another and not having their issues resolved.
We believe that technology should be dependable, scalable and bespoke; We know that no two businesses are the same and therefore, nor are their IT requirements. Each solution that we craft carefully takes into account the needs of the business and the way they work.
We also take steps to proactively monitor our customer’s environments for any issues so that we can catch them before it becomes a service affecting issue.
