Amazing service!!! I turned up unannounced looking to buy a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to be invited out the back and shown the full range. Richard was really welcoming and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his product. He gave me loads of great tips and recommended a particular blend which he allowed me to try before buying. The level of service was far beyond what I expected and I look forward to buying beans from these guys for a long time. Thanks again :)

Recently upgraded to Sage Barista pro and was getting a terrible brew (max 18 secs and bitter) and assumed it was because of supermarket beans.
Got local fresh roasted beans and voila! 17.5g beans yielded 33g of espresso over 33sec of brew time.
Amazing service and great coffee beans Qualitasse Coffee in Basingstoke UK.
Ask for Andrew the roaster. He Made an espresso to taste every blend. And made me a latte to taste too.
Super reccomend.
