Our engineers all began their career within the hospitality industry, before progressing to engineering and therefore have first hand experience of working within a fast paced kitchen. This is why we appreciate the urgency required in fixing equipment in a timely, tidy and efficient manner, with an aim of fixing the fault first time by carrying a wide range of spares, for all manufacturers on our vans. However, in some cases this isn't always possible and the engineers will do their best to provide you with a temporary fix, to keep you going, until such time that they can return with the parts required to resolve the issue.
