Bob at RAD Additive did all he could to support me through the process of making the items I ordered. Great to be able to use a local company that also does customer service and listening properly.
With bigger companies they already think they know what you want before you finish your sentence. Not with RAD, they listened, challenged to make sure they understood and then executed flawlessly on my requirements.
