Great company, great team, great ladders

Had been looking for a replacement set of extendable ladders for a while, from first speaking to the Ramsay team at a local agricultural show to ordering over the phone the staff were really helpful and friendly. The quality for the price is great, so much so we ordered another larger set of extendable ladders at the same time.

Delivery was exactly as stated, driver was also really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using Ramsay ladders for all our ladder requirements in the future. Well done and thanks.

Delivered on time great service but you can’t buy better ladders stick with Ramsay, best out there second set from them first one’s lasted 25 years no complaints whatsoever.

Great service and good product

Needed a fairly long, (4.5m), single section aluminium ladder but didn’t want the stabiliser bar or cut outs for one as it was to be used for hedge cutting on roughish soil based ground. Spoke to these guys after plenty of online searching and a supremely helpful lady said no problem to each of my questions and said it would be 14 days to manufacture. One week later ladder arrives all great, and a very fair price. There really are some great British companies and people. Many thanks.

We have just had delivery of our shelf ladder and can''t emphasise how pleased we are with it. The order was not straightforward and required an exchange of photos to accompany the detailed measurements. Scott''s advice was spot on and much appreciated. The quality of the product is perfect - it''s sturdy and comfortable to use. Delivery was easy and there was no unnecessary packaging to dispose of either. I''m sure this ladder will last for years but in the event of us needing a ladder for anything else, Ramsay ladders will be our first port of call. We will be recommending Ramsay ladders to everyone.
