Welcome to the website of Ron Thompson Machinery Co. Limited we have been trading since 1982 being founded by Ron Thompson who worked previously in the new machine tool business for such famous names as English Steel, Churchill Machine Tool Company, Rockwell Machine Tool, Giddings & Lewis-Fraser and finally Alfred Herbert.

Mark Thompson joined the company in 1985 having previously worked for Lucas Aerospace Company in various engineering roles.

Ron Thompson Machinery Co. Limited has for many years specialised in:

• Broaching Machines : commonly used in the Automotive, Earth Moving & Aerospace industries
• Deep Hole Drilling Machines : commonly used in the Gas, Oil and Petro-Chemical industry as well as the Automotive, Mould Tool and Toolmaking industries
• Facing and Centering Machines : again used in the Automotive industry but also in many other industries.
• Thread Grinding Machines : used in the Automotive, Machine Tool and Small Tools industries
