Founded in 1993 by RTC Safety Surfaces Ltd, we have built a priceless reputation for our playground flooring in schools and nurseries across the UK.
RTC Safety Surfaces Ltd are the UK’s only wetpour and rubber mulch installers working across the world. They developed Billy Bounce when they saw a gap in the market. Still to this day, Billy Bounce is the only safety surfacing company dedicated to the educational sector.
Along with Billy Bounce, RTC Safety Surfaces have developed RTC Sport Surfaces.
