I had a couple of issues with my Samsung washing machine. Sontec are the appointed repair agent for under warranty repairs in my area.
From the moment they received my repair request from Samsung until the repair was finished they provided excellent service.
Communication was great, their engineer was polite, professional and extremely experienced. He was able to explain the causes of the problems and the solutions.
He completely stripped down the machine, replaced the drum, and the auto dispensing system, then tested the operation before departing.
A very satisfactory outcome from a very professional company.
