I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at SRS Cleaning Equipment.
On the morning we walked into the warehouse and discovered that we had suffered a burst pipe, flooding the entirety of our warehouse and office buildings, it was an absolute disaster. In our hour of need, we contacted SRS and I was quickly put in touch with Adam, who immediately offered his knowledge and experience in dealing with situations like this. He advised us on the best machine for the job, even though we did not even have an account set up at that point.
Once again, Adam was incredibly helpful in arranging an alternative payment method while ensuring everything else was organised without delay. Within just 10 minutes, I received a call back from Adam confirming a delivery time, which was an amazing turnaround.
Within just 3½ hours of the initial phone call, the machine was delivered to our site. Guidance was provided on how to operate the machine and the team even supplied us with floor cleaner for after the clean-up operation.
The machine worked perfectly and within two hours I had managed to clear approximately 80% of the warehouse, allowing us to become operational again the very same day. We really cannot thank you all enough for your advice, professionalism, and incredibly speedy response. Your support undoubtedly saved a significant amount of our stock and enabled us to continue operating despite the circumstances, which was incredible all things considered.

Was very happy to have found this company to supply our ride on sweeper.
The service received was excellent from the very first call. Very very good communications throughout. A demonstration was quickly arranged. We decided on the option of buying second sweeper from them. When it arrived thought a mistake had been made as it looked like new.

Had demos from several companies on a large ride on sweeper - SRS stood out because of their rapid response and competitive finance options. An engineer carried out a site survey same day of enquiry and office support was brilliant. Machine was installed and basic familiarisation carried out by a lovely guy in a branded vehicle, all very professional from the outset.
We opted for flexi hire as it enabled us to stay tight on cash flow and change machines at any time if our requirements change. So far the machine has been spot on and is routinely serviced by Mark who is our local SRS engineer and very friendly.

Recently purchased a refurbished ex hire walk behind sweeper from these guys.
Can't fault the machine they supplied, it exceeded our expectations.
