Called as i needed some anti slip decking strips. Ashleigh was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the product. She was able to arrange for them to be pre drilled for me to ship out just a dy after ordering them online (around 2pm) and also included some screws to perfetcly he pre-drilled holes. Great customer service! Thanks again Ashleigh
