Sugabranding.com
We engaged Sugabranding to supply branded sugar sachets for multiple hospitality venues and paid in full upfront as required. At the time of engagement the business appeared legitimate, supported by formal invoices, UK contact details, and a professional website.
After payment was made, the supplier confirmed the order was complete and provided a dispatch date. The delivery never arrived. We were then told there had been an unspecified error requiring the entire batch to be reproduced, yet no explanation or evidence was provided.
Repeated requests for tracking information, freight documentation, production photos, and customs paperwork were ignored or deflected. Instead, we received increasingly implausible explanations, including claims that the order was transported by private jet and that an additional 500 GBP was required for air clearance before any documents would be released. No verifiable proof of shipment has ever been provided.
To date, no goods have been received despite full payment. Based on our experience, this transaction has been highly concerning and professionally unacceptable. Extreme caution is strongly advised.
