The Natural Slate Company
The Slate company does not understand customer service. They charge £150 for delivery and yet my quartzite flooring tiles were just placed loosely in a crate with no packaging. They moved around, arrived scratched and damaged and 3 were broken. Their attitude was that they sell a lot of these and no one else had complained. I was invited to send back the unopened crate at my own expense. No apology. They will not discuss concerns over the phone, only via email. The woman on the phone was abrupt and chastised me for following up an unanswered email complaint.
