We had both of our vans sign written with Sussex signs a few months ago. We had a number of problems on collection of the first van with a lot of bubbling and tearing of the lettering. This was later rectified but it meant a second visit and another day of the van off the road. After this experience it too a lot of assurances from The Sussex sign company to get the second much larger van sign written but we eventually agreed. Only a few months after having the van partially wrapped with sign writing the wrap is lifting in several places especially on the edges. I have emailed and phoned the company several times now to try and get this looked at but emails get ignored and telephone call promises lead to nothing.
I have attached just a couple of photos just a small sample of the issues which I have also noticed happening on the smaller van now. They do offer a warranty but this seems to be not worth the paper it is written on.

Having recently undergone a complete rebranding and refurbishment of our company, Norman, Anabel, Rachel and their team have played a major part in helping us achieve what our initial vision was, with a friendly, professional service. They have provided and fitted us with new fascias in two locations, vehicle wrapping of two smart cars, internal signage, new residential boards, slips and posts and lastly LED widow displays. Anabel was our main contact and we could not have been in better hands, nothing could be too much trouble and if we were ever in doubt, she would guide us to finding the best solution that suited our budget and office. All of the signage etc. is of great quality and they have continued the aftercare service brilliantly. We couldn't recommend The Sussex Sign Company enough!

Sussex Signs were brilliant; they made and kept to confirmed appointment times. The art work was adjusted to my requirements several times without any qualms, and the resulting sign is fantastic. The installation team worked very hard to ensure that I was totally happy.
