An outstanding service start to finish. They did exactly what it said on the tin! Professional, prompt and knowledgeable about their product. Do not have any doubts about their ability because they are young. Both Jack and Harrison have old heads on young shoulders. Courteous you men with a vast knowledge about how everything works. There was not one question they did not know the answer to (and we had a lot, even silly ones). They were tidy and meticulous about ensuring the property was left in good order. Highly recommended.

One of the solar panels stopped generating. Jack answered my query promptly and advised that the problem was the optimiser which was under warranty. The only expense would be the installation fee. Jack ordered the optimiser and on receipt of it installation was done. At all stages we were kept in the loop and have no hesitation in recommending Thermadetect. We will use them again should future solar panel problems occur.

I have to agree with all the other reviews Jerry has received. He happily answered my all my questions, patiently explained everything and completed the work when he said he would. He also went out of his way to accommodate me with getting scaffolding installed early so I could use it for other jobs. Jerry carefully thinks through everything and we now have a set of solar panels that are generating away and heating our hot water tank whenever we have excess capacity. We are very happy and would recommend Jerry to anyone.

Thermadetect was great. They took the time to explain everything in detail beforehand, giving good professional advice. Before starting, they sent a summary of what would be done and when. The work was actually completed 1 day earlier than planned. The quality of the work is amazing. They had to dig a small trench on the patio to pass a cable, and I can't even see where it was done. The solar panels and the battery have been running flawlessly for 2 months now. I'm very happy I chose them, and would thoroughly recommend them!

ThermaDetect delivered a 22 PVC system, batteries including installation of 3Phase electrical services to Frimley Parish for the Church Halls. The project was delivered with excellent design support, efficiency and attention to customer requirements. ThermaDetect exercised patience with delays to planning permission and passed on price reductions through improved specifications, significantly upgrading battery capacity. ThermaDetect made sure that electrical services were fit for purpose and correctly certificated allowing for future development. Project skill anddelivery was exemplary.

Initial call out or to assess fault. New inverter required and fitted within 10 days. Well priced and work carried out quickly. polite and friendly.

Highly recommend Thermadetect Ltd. The communication and service were both excellent. They got back to me on the same day after I first contacted them regarding my failed inverter. Once the replacement inverter arrived we arranged a slot a few days for the installation. They arrived on the time on the day of the install and completed the swap out in no time. The quote was very clear and very competitive and for me, ThermaDetect was the clear winner. Once the work was booked I was provided with a very clear timeline of works. On time, the works started and were completed. Once installed, everything was explained to me including the tariff application form.
