After transitioning from traditional physical keys to the Rezlok smart locks for our pods, we’ve seen a remarkable difference in both convenience and security. Before implementing the Rezlok, managing physical keys for our pods was a significant challenge. Since adopting the Rezlok smart lock system, we’ve not only eliminated these problems but also created a much smoother, more efficient experience for everyone involved.

One key benefit of the Rezlok system is how simple it has made access for our housekeeping team. They are now able to access the pods with ease using their keycards, which has streamlined their daily operations and allowed them to work more efficiently.

Our check-in process is now much more streamlined, and the ability to manage access remotely has greatly enhanced security and provided us with greater control over our properties. Our team has found the system incredibly user-friendly, with minimal training required, and the support from TLJ Access Control has been outstanding.

Firstly I just want to pass on my thanks to the installers who were on-site, they were doing some training with the reception staff and were incredibly patient and couldn’t do more to assist with getting everything perfect. They were desperate to get on the road but wouldn’t leave until everything was where it needed to be, they are great ambassadors.

Luke in support has also been amazing and been in a lot of contact with myself answering technical questions.

We partnered with TLJ Locks to supply and install locks for all our accommodation and back‑of‑house doors… As a holiday park with a wide variety of accommodation types... spread across 32 acres, we required a flexible and comprehensive solution. TLJ conducted a site visit to assess our needs and provided a clear overview of the installation process and requirements.

The back‑office system for programming key cards is user‑friendly, allowing us to prepare guest access in advance… since the initial installation, we’ve added 10 more locks without issue. Whenever support is needed, TLJ’s team is responsive and helpful, resolving tickets quickly.

TLJ are by far the easiest to work with, friendly service, can''t do enough for you, quick response to any issues. Hardware and software are second to none and by no means are they are compromise to using the bigger brands, in fact they are probably more advanced.

It doesn''t feel like you are using a family run business but you do get the benefits and their team reflect the same ethos.
