I came away from BT which offered 33mbps download and 0.46 upload. A single photo took several minutes to upload. As other companies also came down the same phone line, changing to them was not possible. Wessex Internet then offered services in our area. Can you imagine our delight going from the above speeds to 250 down and 150 up. (Other speeds are available, but this was enough for us). The pricing is also VERY competitive and the change over and occasional contact with Customer Services has been easy, quick and stress free. I would highly recommend Wessex Internet.
Only one occasion we had a fault when they were new to the area, it affected our neighbours too and was fixed by engineers within 4-5 hours.
