I was really impressed with Whizzle's efficiency and responsiveness before purchase. After purchase there was a small delivery issue and I emailed them and the response was within minutes and then a follow up phone call. It turns out the problem was at our end!
These days, buying things is easy wherever you buy. But a better measure of a company's service is how it responds to a problem and these guys were straight on it. And the value of the purchase was tiny.
