We used Williams & Associates to deliver in house First Aid training. Ben was great, really personable and a very knowledgeable teacher. He was happy to answer all the group's questions and even included scenarios not on the syllabus to ensure we got the most from the 1 day course. The group certainly felt more comfortable with potential scenarios at the end of the day.
I would highly recommend Ben and the team to anyone looking for First Aid training.

Ben from Williams & Associates delivered an in-house Basic Life Support (BLS) course for the team at Physio Vineyards this morning, and it was worth every penny. The session was engaging, informative, and hands-on throughout. Ben’s relaxed yet professional approach made the content easy to absorb and, more importantly, memorable.

We covered essential skills including the use of AEDs (defibrillators)and CPR for adults, children, and infants. The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the training and came away feeling more confident in their life-saving abilities. We’ll definitely be booking Ben again when our refresher is due – highly recommended!

Had Mustafa for our annual Basic Life Support and Anaphylaxis today and it was the best so far. Unlike past trainings where it was presentation focused with minimal practical training, he carried out today’s training leaving all our staff members confident in providing CPR. I truly hope one of us is able to save a life if it ever comes to it. He was kind and interactive, answered all our queries, however silly they might have been. Thank you, Mustafa.

Thought Ben was a very good trainer and I would certainly recommend him. If we have the BSL training again, I would hope that Ben would be the person we had to give it. He was very instructive and it was done in a friendly way, not in a condescending way as some trainers are. A very good training session.
