WNV Under chassis wash Automated
Vehicle / locomotive is parked, length selection is made and start button operated. Chassis head with 3 revolving turrets, each with 3 jets, spin and clean across the whole vehicle width. Chassis head traverses by hydraulic drive, a section of the vehicle at a time, returns, then repeats the action, before moving on to the next section to clean. A 12 metre vehicle is cleaned with low pressure (below 800 psi to prevent vehicle exterior mounted engine management control systems warranties, becoming void) in around 30 minutes, a 6 wheel Refuse Collector running on land-fill sites will be cleaned for an MoT inspection in 40 minutes.

The vehicle to be washed is parked, the wash program for that vehicle is selected and the start button pushed. The 3 brushes will then traverse the vehicle giving a soft but highly effective quiet clean. To save operator/driver making a wrong program selection, a card (or fuel management key) can be used to automatically select the wash program for that specific vehicle and then start the wash..
WNV water reclamation unit
Both conventional and biological reclaim systems will collect, clean and reuse 100% of the water collected, regardless of the wash equipment in operation. Hence saving a natural resource and money. Wash water is collected in a primary collection area where heavy solids are removed, then the effluent passes through a dedicated 3 chamber interceptor, which allows suspended solids to separate. The wash water is then either passed through an Environmental Agency approved conventional system or a biological unit, both rendering the water clean for reuse.
Both systems are automatically treated 24 hrs per day 365 days per year, to remove harmful bacteria (Legionellosis etc) and have DEFRA accreditation, which will allow purchasers to claim 100% Enhanced Capital Allowance (subject to conditions) Effectively having the whole cost of the reclaim refunded by Government.

WNV Single Brush Walk Around Unit
This rugged, steel framed galvanised and stainless steel unit is a mechanically propelled single brush wash machine, so there is no pushing or pulling, just steering. No trailing cables or pipes and no top heavy units which will blow over in windy weather. You just take the unit to the vehicle and with 600 litres of on board water plus detergent, 5 vehicles can be cleaned before it requires a refill.
Washing times are around 4 minutes per coach or 6 minutes for an artic, which is considerably quicker and cleaner than using a power wash. So it is well received by drivers who have to wash their own vehicles, as it adds little time and effort to their daily work load.
Each machine is propelled by diesel, battery or petrol. Battery operation is extremely popular in an area with residents nearby, as its use is virtually noise free.
The brush shaft comes with a selectable up to 20 degree tilt for vehicle contour following, electric on board detergent dosing pump, variable speed drive via a simple twist grip on the steering handle bars and the soft brushes have a reversible action to get into those awkward areas.
On board extras include a ride on platform, pressure wash lance, high pressure wheel wash and an operator's cabin.
